Things are going crazy for Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike
In February, they were on the cover of the highly respected DJ Mag with a covermount mix CD with a collection with a lot of their own tracks and upcoming releases, plus some recent remixes for Tiësto, Nelly Furtado, Duran Duran’s Andy Taylor... and of course their worldfamous 'Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike vs SHM Dark Forest Edit' of Axwell, Angello, Ingrosso & Laidback Luke's smash hit 'Leave The World Behind'!
2009 had been a very hectic year for the two brothers... with their tracks a reworks in the cases of virtually every top-jock on the planet, they performed remix duties for artists like Abel Ramos, Albin Myers, SHM, DONS, David Tort, Celeda, Lissat&Voltax, Tim Berg, Javi Munoz, Offer Nissim,... even Snoop Dogg requested their services on his ‘Get Your Groove On’ release with Timati
As the DJMAG cd implies, it doesn't seem that they will slow down in any way this year... on top of the compiled remixes you can expect more profile mixes & collaborations for artists like Dada Life, John Dahlbäck, the legendary Technotronic, plus... a lot more surprises!
In the next months they will appear on various WMC Miami events, but also in Holland, Swiss, France, Egypt,.. and will do their first South American and Scandinavian tour, where they will appear as special guests on the Danish Deejay Awards.
Also the summer is looking more than bright, they will be one of the headliners at ID&T's Tomorrowland, one of Europe's biggest & hottest festivals. They will appear together with David Guetta, Armin van Buuren, Jeff Mills, James Zabiela, Laidback Luke, Chuckie, Afrojack, Loco Dice and many, many more!
Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike are also responsible for the Tomorrowland anthem, together with Dada Life they created the track called “Tomorrow”, which is set to be one of the big anthems this summer. The track will be released on their brandnew own imprint 'Smash The House'!
