Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike

Dimitri was spinning records before he was legally allowed to enter a club, while Mike was banging away to hiphop. After years travelling across Europe, the two brothers ended up in Ibiza, the hedonistic heart of house music. Inspired by all these great artists that crossed their path on the White Island, they decided to end their journey and head back to Belgium to work on their future as Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike.

In a digital age with an overflow of releases and remixes, Dimitri & Mike managed to put their mark on the scene. Their tracks can be found in the playlists of artists like David Guetta, Erick Morillo, Axwell and Dirty South. Tiësto has been pushing their sound and they were featured on Pete Tong’s Essential Mix. Sebastian Ingrosso named them his 'Breaktrough Producers of 2009' in Dj Mag and Their Swedish House Mafia collaborated-version of 'Leave The World Behind' by Axwell, Angello & Ingrosso ft Laidback Luke & Deborah Cox was the hype of Ibiza 2009. Even Snoop Dogg requested their services for ‘Get Your Groove On’.

But it's not all about remixes. The brothers have raised the bar with their own productions too. While 'Under The Water' was an international clubhit, 'Salinas' and 'Underdog', with Duran Duran's Andy Taylor, are currently destroying the floors. A collaboration with the legendary Technotronic is ready to be unleashed and with Dada Life they wrote 'Tomorrow', the anthem for Tomorrowland 2010. A brilliant vocal version is on the way, marking the launch of their own imprint Smash The House.

Dimitri & Mike rock around the world with their unique live performance. Starring Dimitri’s beats and Mike’s voice, they entertain the crowd with cd’s, decks, fx and a microphone. “We try to create a great clubbing experience for everyone, delivering a cocktail of electro and tech-house on the rocks, with a touch of techno and minimal. Shaken not stirred!"

Under the wings of ID&T, the future looks bright for the brothers, with upcoming tours in South-America, Scandinavia, Australia and the US. More remixes & new releases will make them shine like a supernova. Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, the best of Greece and Belgium combined.

Good Gods!
